Our weekly Meal Prep menu changes weekly and features 6 different delicious options. Meals are available in 1, 2, 4, 6, or 8 servings. Simply place your order, receive your meals, and cook meals with minimal prep at home.

We welcome picky eaters, so please let us know if there is an ingredient you'd like us to omit. Just make a note in the "Special Instructions" box.

BBQ Ribs with Boston Baked Beans

Pork ribs, seasonings, secret bbq sauce, garlic

Side of Boston baked beans.

This meal is best cooked slowly in a crock pot. Empty contents into crockpot and cook on low for 6+ hours or high for 4+ hours. Meat should fall off bone when done. Can also be transferred to oven safe dish with lid and bake for 1+ hours in 400 degree oven. Keep checing until meat falls off bone.

Bake beans covered in 375 degree oven for 30 minuts or until hot.

Brown Sugar Chicken Thighs

Chicken thighs, seasonings, butter, garlic, brown sugar, honey, vegetable medly.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake covered for 20-30 minutes or until hot. This meal is completely cooked. You're simply warming.

Roast Satterlee

Beef roast, carrots, potatoes, our family marinade.

Best cooked in crock pot for 6+ hours on low. Beef is done when pulled apart easily with fork. Can also be cooked on stovetop in appropriate size pot with lid. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and cook for about 40 minutes or until beef pulls apart easily with fork.

Chicken Cordon Bleu

Chicken breast butterflied and stuffed with swiss cheese, ham and rolled in seasoned bread crumbs and seasonings. Side of carrots.

Bake covered in 375 degree oven for 45+ minutes or until chicken reaches 165 degrees in center.

Mexican Lasagna

Ground beef, seasonings, cottage cheese, salsa, flour tortillas, Mexican shredded cheese.

Bake covered in 375 degree oven for 45-55 minutes or until center is hot and cheese is melted.

Crispy Hot Honey Chicken

Chicken breast, buttermilk, flour, panko, seasonings, honey, hot sauce, served with seasoned smash potato.

Bake in 425 degree oven uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until chicken reaches 165 degrees in center. Once done, drizzle with hot honey sauce.

Warm seasoned smash potato covered in same oven for 15 minutes or until warmed.

Cooked, seasoned, chopped chicken breast, green chiles, seasonings, sour crea, cottage cheese, flour tortillas, monterey jack cheese, red enchilada sauce.

Bake covvered in 375 degree oven for 40-50 minutes or until center is hot and cheese is melted.

Italian Stuffed Peppers

Sweet peppers, ground turkey, cauliflower rice, finely chopped onions and mushrooms, seasonings, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese.

Bake covered in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until peppers reach your desired tenderness. Cook longer for softer pepper and shorter time for more firm pepper.

Pepperoni Pizza Lasagna

Pasta sheets, ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, pepperoni, pizza sauce, seasonings.

Bake covered in 375 degree oven for 45+ minutes or until center is hot and chesese is melted.

Hawaiian Pizza Lasagna

Pasta sheets, diced ham, pineapple tidbits, mozzarella, parmesan and ricotta cheese, pizza sauce, seasonings.
