Our weekly Meal Prep menu changes weekly and features 6 different delicious options. Meals are available in 1, 2, 4, 6, or 8 servings. Simply place your order, receive your meals, and cook meals with minimal prep at home.

We welcome picky eaters, so please let us know if there is an ingredient you'd like us to omit. Just make a note in the "Special Instructions" box.

Smothered Pork Chops

Pork chops, flour, seasonings, butter, chicken broth, cream, mushrooms, worcestershire, mashed potatoes

Bake covered in 375 degree oven for 30-40 minutes or until center is hot. This meal is completely cooked. You are simply warming.

Chicken Divan

Cubed cooked chicken breast, flour, chicken broth, seasonings, sour cream, cheddar cheese, broccoli, rice, panko, butter.

Bake covered in 375 degree oven for 35-45 minutes or untili all contents are hot. This meal is completely cooked. You are simply warming and melting cheese.

Vodka Rigatoni

Proscuitto, crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, parmesan cheese, cream, vodka, basil, pasta.

Bake covered in 375 degree oven for 40-50 minutes or until hot. All contents are cooked. You're simply heating.

Jumbalaya

Chopped bell pepper, celery, onion, petite diced tomatoes, kielbasa, shrimp, seasoning, chicken broth, rice, peas.

Add water according to sticker on top. Return top and bake in 400 degree oven for 55-60 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Add shrimp and peas last 10 minutes of cooking.

Alice Springs Chicken

Butterflied chicken breast, seasonings, sliced mushrooms, bacon, cheddar and monterey jack cheese, sauce made with dijon mustard, honey, mayo, lemon juice (unable to make adjustment to sauce), served with side of green beans.

Bake covered in 375 degree oven for 50-60 minutes or until center of chicken reaches 165 degrees.

Tuna Casserole

Egg noodles, tuna, butter, flour, seasonings, milk, cream cheese, pimentos, muenster cheese, soft breadcrumbs.

Bake covered in 375 degree oven for 30-40 minutes or until warmed. This meal is completely cooked and simply needs to be warmed.

*Remove lid and add a little milk around edges of pan if you'd like it to be moister. Return lid and complete cooking directions.
