Weekly Meal Prep menus change weekly and feature six different delicious options. Meals are available in 1, 2, 4, 6, or 8 servings. Simply place your order, receive your meals, and cook your meals with minimal prep at home.

Eat Clean Meals are prepared with only organic or all-natural ingredients, and never cooked with oil or butter. Items are always fresh and never frozen. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner options are available.
